The editorial board of eCCO Magazine would like to recommend some good sources for the journalist’s Covid-19 outbreak reporting.

The Facebook Journalism Project organized a training - workshop for journalists on the Coronavirus epidemic. In the organization of the workshop was attended by The Association of Foreign Correspondents in the USA (AFC USA). Thomas Barat the editor-in-chief of eCCO Magazine and the Member of the Board and the Executive Committee of the AFC USA also participated in the Facebook Journalists Project workshop.
The Facebook Journalism Project, Eli Flournoy from Storyful and Catherine Cole, organizers and workshop speaker David Clinch, have highlighted several fake news and mistakes made by the press.
This workshop provided some important information and gave good advice for practicing journalists. One of the most important information was: a call to avoid fake news.
The main message of the workshop was controlling. Workshop speaker David Clinch emphasized: “Verification is absolutely the key!”
Verification requires credible sources. The editorial board of eCCO Magazine would like to draw attention to some online sites that help journalists work and self-check.
